BOSU
is excellent for all skill levels to improve balance, core strength, stability and much more.
CARDIO PUMP
Barbell class that works the entire body!  Challenging workout for all your major muscle groups with exercises like squats, presses, lift and curls.  Your choice of weight to get the results you want!
CYCLING
is a challenging and intense yet fun cardio workout. If you are interested in cycling, please see the front desk.
HIT
(High Intensity Training) This class is a high octane workout. Each class is specifically designed by a personal trainer for the needs of the class members. It is a personal training group workout in a class setting.  Come ready to sweat and to completely change your body.
TURBO KICK
Intense, high-energy and FUN!  Kickboxing meets hip hop for a great total body cardio workout.  You have to try this!
WOW
(Women on Weights)
This class is designed specifically for women. It is for those women who do not currently use weights but those women who are currently weight training are welcome. Women on Weights is for women who want to learn more about weight training and lose fat while toning up. 

YOGA 2 & YOGA 3
Take your yoga workout to the next level and really challenge your body & mind!
ZUMBA
Join the dance-based aerobics class that is sweeping the nation!
This class mixes hot Latin music with dance steps from around the world such as the meringue, salsa, and cumbia = FUN!
