HIT (High Intensity Training) This
class is a high octane workout. Each class is specifically designed by a
personal trainer for the needs of the class members. It is a personal training
group workout in a class setting. Come ready to sweat and to completely
change your body. WOW
(Women on Weights) This class is designed specifically for women. It is
for those women who do not currently use weights but those women who are
currently weight training are welcome. Women on Weights is for women who want to
learn more about weight training and lose fat while toning up.
