XTREME
Just like it
sounds - an extreme workout! Major cardio to increase endurance and
strengthen your heart while burning fat. Great toning exercises to tighten
and tone your muscles. Challenging yet fun, this is a great class!
AQUA 90XS
Start with an
Aqua Aerobics class (60min.), then hang around for an extra 30 minutes of sports
activities and races to challenge those muscles in new ways to have fun and see
results!

30mon. whole-body toning workout using balls
for resistance.
BOOT CAMP cardio and
toning circuit designed to raise your heart rate, tone your muscles, and
increase your endurance!
CARDIO FIT

level? Then this is for you! Intermediate-Advanced.
CIRCLE STEP A fun take on step aerobics, you'll be moving from bench to bench arranged in a circle:

between high energy cardio and toning exercises to burn fat
and tone your muscles. Everything you need in one class!
KICK STRONG
Intense
cardio workout using boxing techniques that will "kick" you into gear
and into shape! All levels welcome.
KICKBOXING high intensity
cardio workout using boxing techniques that will "kick" your butt!
Finish class with additional strengthening/training techniques. Great
whole body workout! All fitness levels welcome.
LATIN DANCE
30-60min.
cardio
dance workout using Latin dances such as the meringue, salsa, and cumbia, and
other dances from around the world. FUN! All fitness levels.
NEW BEGINNINGS SAMPLER CLASS
Perfect for those new to Victory or to health clubs
in general. This 30min. class is a sampler of everything offered at your
club! A different workout
each week to teach you how to safely and effectively use the equipment and
machines at your club.
ON THE BALL!

PILATES TONE build muscular strength, control, flexibility, and
core strength with a zero-impact mat workout. Develop long, lean muscles

STRETCH &
SCULPT
a mixture of stretching, pilates and toning

Non-impact but HUGE results: Great for all levels!
SUPER SCULPT/SUPER SCULPT XPRESS

weights, bands, balls, and more to tone and shape your muscles.
TOTAL BODY
All you need in
one class: cardio for fat-burning, and toning to strengthen your muscles.
Perfect for summer: get in, get fit, and get on with your life!
WALKING WITH WEIGHTS
Great for all fitness levels, this class takes you outside into the fresh air
(as weather permits) to get your heart rate up, then comes back inside to finish
with upper body toning. Great workout and fun!
YOGA I/YOGA XPRESS
fitness-based yoga for the beginner or person looking for a lower
intensity workout. Incorporates flexibility, core strength, balance, and
relaxation. Yoga Xpress offers these benefits in 30-45 minutes.
