20/20/20  20 min. of step + 20 min. of sculpt + 20 min. of toning on the ball= 60 minutes of fun and a great total body workout!

AB ATTACK Perfect for summer: 30 min. class to tighten and tone your abdominal muscles!

ABOVE THE BELT  An upper body workout to get - and keep - toned, tight arms, shoulders, chest, back, and abdominal muscles!  All fitness levels welcome.

ALL ABOUT ABS  Perfect for summer: tighten and tone your abdominal muscles!

ARTHRITIS AQUA aqua class geared toward stretching/strengthening muscles and joints for people with arthritis or similar conditions

 AQUA cardio and toning workout in the pool – bet you didn’t know you could sweat while in the water!

 AQUA XTREME Just like it sounds - an extreme workout!  Major cardio to increase endurance and strengthen your heart while burning fat.  Great toning exercises to tighten and tone your muscles.  Challenging yet fun, this is a great class!

AQUA 90XS  Start with an Aqua Aerobics class (60min.), then hang around for an extra 30 minutes of sports activities and races to challenge those muscles in new ways to have fun and see results!

BALL/CORE  30mon. whole-body toning workout using balls for resistance.

BOOT CAMP cardio and toning circuit designed to raise your heart rate, tone your muscles, and increase your endurance!

CARDIO FIT  heart-strengthening cardio and muscle-toning exercises to get your whole body into shape!

CARDIO JAM A little bit of everything to keep your muscles guessing and working hard!  Kickboxing, step, dancing, floor aerobics, and more!  Come try it out...a different format but a great workout every time!

 CARDIO XPRESS  Get your heart pumping to burn fat, raise your metabolism, and strengthen your heart - all in 30 minutes!

CHISEL 'N SIZZLE  Do you want toned, defined muscles?  Ready to take your workout to the next level?  Then this is for you!  Intermediate-Advanced.

CIRCLE STEP A fun take on step aerobics, you'll be moving from bench to bench arranged in a circle: It's fun and it's a great workout!

CIRCUIT TRAINING  Alternate between different toning stations and cardio stations to get your heart rate up, burn fat, tone muscles and have fun!

DANCE DANCE DANCE  Yep, in this class you'll be dancing and having so much fun that you won't even notice that you're strengthening your heart and and burning fat!

INTERVAL TRAINING  Alternate between high energy cardio and toning exercises to burn fat and tone your muscles.  Everything you need in one class!

KICK STRONG  Intense cardio workout using boxing techniques that will "kick" you into gear and into shape!  All levels welcome.

KICKBOXING high intensity cardio workout using boxing techniques that will "kick" your butt!  Finish class with additional strengthening/training techniques.  Great whole body workout!  All fitness levels welcome.

LATIN DANCE  30-60min. cardio dance workout using Latin dances such as the meringue, salsa, and cumbia, and other dances from around the world.  FUN!  All fitness levels.

 NEW BEGINNINGS SAMPLER CLASS  Perfect for those new to Victory or to health clubs in general.  This 30min. class is a sampler of everything offered at your club!  A different workout each week to teach you how to safely and effectively use the equipment and machines at your club.

ON THE BALL! 30-60 min. whole-body toning workout using balls for resistance. Check individual club schedules at top of page for length of each class.

PILATES TONE  build muscular strength, control, flexibility, and core strength with a zero-impact mat workout.  Develop long, lean muscles while relieving stress!

STEP CARDIO  High energy step to strengthen your heart and help you burn you fat

STEP & SCULPT  Alternate between high energy step and toning exercises to burn fat and tone your muscles.  Everything you need in one class!

STRETCH & SCULPT  a mixture of stretching, pilates and toning on a mat.
Non-impact but HUGE results: Great for all levels!

 SUPER SCULPT/SUPER SCULPT XPRESS  30-60min class, check the schedule please.  Use weights, bands, balls, and more to tone and shape your muscles.

TOTAL BODY  All you need in one class: cardio for fat-burning, and toning to strengthen your muscles.  Perfect for summer: get in, get fit, and get on with your life!

WALKING WITH WEIGHTS  Great for all fitness levels, this class takes you outside into the fresh air (as weather permits) to get your heart rate up, then comes back inside to finish with upper body toning.  Great workout and fun!

YOGA I/YOGA XPRESS fitness-based yoga for the beginner or person looking for a lower intensity workout. Incorporates flexibility, core strength, balance, and relaxation.  Yoga Xpress offers these benefits in 30-45 minutes.
