sounds - an extreme workout! Major cardio to increase endurance and
strengthen your heart while burning fat. Great toning exercises to tighten
and tone your muscles. Challenging yet fun, this is a great class!
BALL/CORE
30mon. whole-body toning workout using balls
for resistance.
BOOT CAMP cardio and
toning circuit designed to raise your heart rate, tone your muscles, and
increase your endurance!
CARDIO JAM
A little bit of
everything to keep your muscles guessing and working hard! Kickboxing,
step, dancing, floor aerobics, and more! Come try it out...a different
format but a great workout every time!
CARDIO XPRESS
Get your heart
pumping to burn fat, raise your metabolism, and strengthen your heart - all in
30 minutes!

SIZZLE
Do
you want toned, defined muscles? Ready to take your workout to the next
level? Then this is for you! Intermediate-Advanced.
CIRCLE STEP A fun take on step aerobics, you'll be moving from bench to bench arranged in a circle:

between different toning stations and cardio stations to get your heart rate up,

Yep, in this class you'll be dancing and having so
much fun that you won't even notice that you're strengthening your heart and and

FITBALL FITNESS
Strengthen your core through a variety of exercises and drills using the large
exercise balls, medicine balls, and hand weights. Get fit with Fitball
Fitness!
INTERVAL TRAINING
Alternate
between high energy cardio and toning exercises to burn fat
and tone your muscles. Everything you need in one class!
KICK STRONG
Intense
cardio workout using boxing techniques that will "kick" you into gear
and into shape! All levels welcome.
KICKBOXING high intensity
cardio workout using boxing techniques that will "kick" your butt!
Finish class with additional strengthening/training techniques. Great
whole body workout! All fitness levels welcome.
LATIN DANCE
30-60min.
cardio
dance workout using Latin dances such as the meringue, salsa, and cumbia, and
other dances from around the world. FUN! All fitness levels.
LOWER
BODY BLAST
This new 45min. class is all about your muscles
from the waist down - tighten and tone your core, lower back, gluts, thighs,
legs and more! Return on Tuesday for Upper Body Blast to complete your
workout!
ON THE BALL!
30-60 min. whole-body toning workout using balls
for resistance. Check individual club schedules at top of page for length of
each class.
PILATES TONE build muscular strength, control, flexibility, and
core strength with a zero-impact mat workout. Develop long, lean muscles
while relieving stress!
STEP CARDIO
High energy step to strengthen your heart and help

STRETCH &
SCULPT
a mixture of stretching, pilates and toning

weights, bands, balls, and more to tone and shape your muscles.
TOTAL BODY

UPPER BODY
BLAST
This 45min. class is perfect for sculpting and toning your arms, shoulders,
back and core. Come back Thursday for the Lower Body Blast to complete
your workout!
YOGA I/YOGA XPRESS
fitness-based yoga for the beginner or person looking for a lower
intensity workout. Incorporates flexibility, core strength, balance, and
relaxation. Yoga Xpress offers these benefits in 30-45 minutes.
